Our Lady Queen of Peace Parish Mission Statement We, Our Lady Queen of Peace Parish, in union with our brothers and sisters of the Catholic Church in the Diocese of Belleville, are a community of Christians responding to the call of Jesus to continuing conversion of life. We have been baptized into one faith. Nourished by the Word of God and by the one Bread and the one Cup in our communal celebration of the Eucharist and the sacraments, we continue to grow in that faith. Guided by the one Spirit, we strive to be living witnesses of the Gospel to our children and to proclaim its message of love and hope to men and women everywhere. Through lives of sacrifice and service, we seek to build a community in which all can live in peace founded upon justice until the day of His return. |
